Located opposite Strasbourg TGV Train Station, this eco-friendly Boutique Hotel is just 1.7 km from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the picturesque Petite France district. My husband and I would like to specially thank Audrey, the night audit, who was extremely helpful. I had an upset stomach (after eating raw seafood) around midnight. My husband went down to the reception to ask if there's any open Pharmacy. We don't speak French and Audrey googled Pharmacy that is open at such late time and even called and explained for us. She also googled the best way to get to the pharmacy. She suggested it's better to go by foot since taxi would go around and would actually take longer due to pedestrian streets. When my husband finally reached Pharmacy, the guy was expecting my husband and the medicine was already prepared! I had an extreme pain, we even thought of going to the hospital. But thankfully after the medicine, I felt immediately better and could fall asleep. We cannot thank enough Audrey for her help and her outstanding situation management. Thank you sincerely. (Also thank you for nice snacks at the bar the day before! You are a star!) The next morning, of course we got up late after a rough night. Our friends (who also stayed at this hotel) and we decided to have late breakfast at the hotel, since on Sundays most of restaurants are closed in Strasbourg. Also our friends had a kitten and we weren't sure where to go that would accept the kitty. The breakfast closes at 11am but we went down a little after 11am. But Jayjay, who works at the breakfast area, understood our situation and welcomed us with beautiful smile! He was so likeable and took care of us amazingly! We felt bad for staying late for breakfast (now almost lunch )... but thanks to Jayjay and the team's understanding and their hospitality, four of us had really great stay at this hotel from checking in to the last minute we were there! We will for sure come back here if we visit Strasbourg again! Whoever hired everyone who work at this hotel should get an award! They have good eyes for hiring exceptional people!!
