Excelent experience for our first stay in Strasbourg - good location, close to the motorway, however in quiet area. Hotel has a nice parking (commuting via public transportation/ bike/ by foot is preferred) and the tram/ bus station are walking distance. The room was small, but comfy and clean. And the hotel overall very charming. Last, but not least, the welcoming, as well as hospitality receive our 5* rating. On our map for the next trips.

The hotel and room decor was modern and we liked the quirky lifts. Perhaps consideration for rectangular pillows rather than square. Overall very happy with the experience, staff were friendly, helpful and multilingual.

We had 2 nights in Strasbourg which was just right for us.
We had 2 nights in Strasbourg which was just right for us. We had the boat ride, which had a commentary in all different languages as did the 2 little trains that go around different parts of the city. Of course, don’t miss the Cathedral and its stain glass windows and very unusual clock. If you’re fit, climb up the tower for beautiful views. So much history, beautiful buildings and streets. We parked in Gutenberg underground carpark which was 4 minutes from the hotel. Pricey, but worth it.

Strasbourg is a charming city, with a lot to do and see.
Strasbourg is a charming city, with a lot to do and see. It is also a great place to base out of and do day trips via rail to other close by cities, such as Colmar. It has delicious restaurants and bakeries. We took a Segway tour around the city and we were able to see and learn about many areas of the city that may have been hard to see all of them on foot. We wish we had more time to explore the Petite France area. The area around the cathedral was nice and safe. Explore the cathedral and the astronomical clock, fascinating story about the clock, check on the times it goes off and watch the movie. I loved this city, full of architectural charm and delicious eclairs. The best bakery was Au Pain de mon Grand-Pere (best eclairs), around the corner from the Strasbourg Cathedral.

Really pretty city and easily accessible.
Really pretty city and easily accessible. Our daughter had worked briefly at the EU and had recommended us to visit. Don't know why we haven't been before because it's an easy location to reach from London on the Eurostar to Paris and change to Strasbourg and a good base for visiting other places.

Beautiful but overly expensive city. Easily seen in one day. I would recommend a 4 day stay to see everything calmly, and to use one day to rent a car and explore the nearby villages of Colmar, Ribeauvillé, etc.

Clean and tidy old town with many old buildings and charming places to see. But equally an excellent range of shops and things to do. The tram is excellent allowing easy mobility and a range of tickets that are excellent. I took their 24hr ticket and it really means 24 hours across 2 days.

The hotel was 2/3 minutes walk from the main shopping area of Strasbourg and very close to Petite France also. You step out of the hotel right into the bustle of the city. Perfect location. The room doesn't lend itself to relaxation/lounging which was fine (and expected) as we knew we'd be out discovering Strasbourg for our 3 day stay. Perfect for our touristy purposes :) Check in and check out was so easy and both receptionists were lovely.
The hotel is great and 10 minutes by foot from the city centre. The staff is great, speaks perfect English and the checkin went really quick. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy, the shower is reeeeaally large and if your room is on the right side of the building it offers an amazing view over Strasbourg. Parking garages are also nearby and there is a lot of bars, restaurants etc in walking distance
Most of the stay took place in the magnificent city of Strasbourg. The base is located a little outside the city, which makes for a nice walk to the historic centre (20 minutes) and even a stroll along the canals. The hotel is pleasant, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is much appreciated.
It was a perfect and comfortable stay!
Tasty breakfast, polite staff and comfortable cozy room.
Perfect location from several minutes by feet of the city`s attractions.
If you want to have a wonderful time in Strasbourg, you should stay in Ibis Strasbourg Centre Petite France.
Simple but comfortable hotel in the Strasbourg suburbs, close to the highway for easy access. Convenient connection to the city centre by tram only 5 min away. Good value. Free parking
