The Pullman is a fantastic new hotel, very well designed with comfortable beds. We loved the design of the bathroom, the Clarins products, the quality towels and bathrobes. The staff was more than friendly and very accommodating to hold our luggage for the day. The hotel location is very convenient next to one of the major train stations in Lyon.

I really like the staff from entry door all the way to the restaurant. They are all educated and attent. The rooms are great and the showers work really well, which is for me, next to the bed, the most important part of the travel stay.

Ideally located in the centre of Paris, SO/ Paris Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a fitness centre. The food was basic, but the rooms and the entire facility was great. I preferred the breakfast option to the dinner options. Fantastic bed and view.
