This light and well-kept apartment is situated on the top floor. Leading off of the generous living room is an approx. 11 square meter secluded balcony, with a wonderful view over the surrounding area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table seating 4 people and a top-quality foldaway bed with double mattress (160x200cm). In the cosy bedroom, equipped with black-out blinds, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe. The modern and well-equipped kitchen includes a window and a dishwasher. The contemporary bathroom also includes a window, along with a large shower, WC and basin. Use of the shared indoor swimming pool (14x8m) is included in the apartment rate; use of the sauna and solarium is possible by payment of a small fee. Visitor tax and use of private garage parking space is included in the rate. 3 ski lifts (easy to medium ability) with a ski school and ski hire facility are located directly next to the apartment complex. Several hiking routes start from the apartment complex. Due to the location of the apartment (at the top of the apartment complex) it is not suitable for persons with limited mobility.
The apartment is situated at an altitude of approx. 950m, at the base of the Hauchenberg (1237m). The village of Missen-Wilhams is officially accredited for it’s clear-air and has over 80km of signed hiking and cycle routes, an outdoor public swimming pool, ski lifts, 45km of Nordic walking routes and fine Alpine cabins for refreshments. Two recommended restaurants are within easy walking distance. Moreover, there are a wide variety of sport and leisure activities available within a short driving distance. In summer the nearby Alpsee offers enticing bathing and boating opportunities and is only an approx. 15 minute drive away. Several cable cars are located just a short drive away from the apartment, offering fantastic skiing and hiking opportunities. In winter, numerous ski slopes with varying levels of ability are within easy reach. Fans of Nordic-Walking can enjoy the diverse panoramic routes that the Oberallgäu region offers. A visit to the Farmers Museum and local dairy in nearby Diepolz, as well as one of the many nearby wellness parks, can be enjoyed no matter the weather. Both Neuschwanstein castle and Lindau/Lake Constance are an approx. 45 minute drive away.
