Garden Room, hotel in Kirton in Lindsey

Garden Room, a property with a garden, is situated in Kirton in Lindsey, 49 km from Clumber Park, 30 km from Lincoln Medieval Bishops' Palace, as well as 44 km from KCOM Stadium.

This property is perfect for exploring the area around Kirton in Lindsey . We booked because we had organised a reunion at the local flying club so it was the perfect location for us to access the gliding club but also to walk into the village for local shops, pubs and restaurants . The room was extremely clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed . It was so good we have already booked to stay again in the summer to take advantage of the patio area , catch up with friends and explore some walking routes in addition to my husband having an excuse to go and fly 😁 perfect hosts who informed us very clearly and accurately how to access the property. Highly recommended and worth the nightly rate. Free parking in the lay-by adjacent was perfect too. Would also recommend The George Pub and Shimla Spice both just around the corner .

Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, hotel in Kirton in Lindsey

Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is set amongst the Yorkshire and Humberside countryside with a 27-hole Championship golf course, close to Junction 4 of the M180.

lovely place to stay, well organized and very friendly staff. as its a typical layout for a golf hotel, it is spread over a large area, so i would say ask for a room close to the main area if you have mobility difficulties.

Red Lion Coaching Inn, hotel in Kirton in Lindsey

Set in Redbourne, 32 km from Lincoln University, Red Lion Coaching Inn offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace.

The food was really good with our breakfast cooked to order all fresh. The room was more than expected, and even though above the pub, it was incredibly quiet even one night with a wedding party. Nothing was too much for the staff, who were all great. Ample parking lovely location in a lovely village. We will be back to stay here again.

A very quiet village. No entertainment in the area.

A very quiet village. No entertainment in the area. Local windmill looks as if it is permanently closed. A good base if visiting Scunthorpe (6 miles away) or Lincoln (20 miles away). Bus operates every 2 hours to Lincoln (Not Sundays). Train operates 3 times a day (Saturdays ONLY!!!).
