Situated in the centre of Hanoi, 200 metres from Hanoi Old City Gate, Hanoi Traveller House provides air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. This is an exeptional hostel. Extremely helpfull and friendly and caring staff. Before I booked here I was reading a review from someone who was saying some really negative things about the lady with glasses. To be honest, this lady goes out of her way to make your stay remomorable. So if you made her angry, you probably were the problem yourself. I also red some information about bedbugs. I can tell you they clean the sheets EVERY DAY. And you can also get a fresh towel whenever you ask, so I guess that has been improved tremedously. There were constructions in the hostel, but is was not really bothering. It is right next to a partyhostel for younger people, but I never heard any noise from there. Most of the guests in Travellers House were 25+, so this hostel is not for party. You can party at the hostel nextdoors if you want to though. The fascilities were amazing for the price. Met some amazing travelers here aswell. They reconment an amazing spa/massage parlor and the laundry is fast and cheap. I even got a chance to take a bath in the bathtub in one of the hotelrooms for a little extra costs because I was sleeping in the dorm. This was amazing! I would suggest this hostel/hotel if you are in need of rest, quietness, inside the busy streets of Hanoi with easy access to everything nice to visit. Is this hotel people work very hard with a lot of love for their job.

Situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is set 300 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km from Hoan Kiem Lake. Lovely hotel, excellent location. Big shout out to Mike for looking after me so well even though I was staying only one night. Great massage in the spa too. And thanks also to the night porter - sorry I didn’t get your name - for making sure I was ok getting an early morning taxi to the airport.

Boasting a terrace, Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel is set in the centre of Hanoi, 200 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. This 4-star hotel offers a tour desk and luggage storage space. Staff here are the nicest hotel staff I've ever met! They really made the stay wonderful, provided lots of information about attractions + recommended restaurants, even sending us off with a little breakfast packup to the airport at 5am as we'd miss the buffet. Location is very handy, close to a lot of the main attractions in Hanoi. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and breakfast was very enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

We stayed there for three nights. The hotel is in a great location so that the Old Quater can be easily explored on foot. The Hotel amenities are very nice and you can enjoy the rich breakfast above the rooftops of Hanoi. We had a wonderful stay and the staff is really great. They all were very friendly and helped us with things like booking transportation or handling the luggage. After checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for another day as we were going to Halong for one night. When we picked up our luggage, we were also given recommendations for our further trip through Vietnam. We really felt at home during our stay. We can highly recommend the Hotel and would definitely come back. Many thanks to Mr. Nguyen and his team for the great time.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. I had the best customer service experience. They responded to all questions via WhatsApp right away, and were always very kind and made sure that we had everything we needed. They also allowed us to leave our luggage in their lobby for free all day after checking out, as we had a late flight. The location was also fantastic, located perfectly in the city center and close to tons of restaurants and shops, as well as close to Train Street.

Conveniently situated in Hanoi, Salute Premium Hotel & Spa features 4-star accommodation close to Hanoi Old City Gate and St. Joseph Cathedral. <First Impression> From the moment you walked in the Salute Hotel, my friend and i were warmly welcomed. Every single one of their staff was very well-mannered and eager to help us out with any questions we asked. They even provided us a nice plate of slices of watermelons as a welcome gesture. <Breakfast> the food selections for their breakfast was pretty great. Prepared meals are readily available like a buffet style. You could also order some Pho, Scrambled eggs, etc from the servers as well. some tropical fruits drinks are tasty and fresh as well. <Location> The hotel is in the perfect location where all of popular restaurants are within 5~10 mins of walking distance. The street right in front of hotel lobby is way more spacious than other narrow streets found in Hoan Kiem. So, this was a big plus as well. <Facilities> My friends and i reserved a suite which was pretty roomy and clean. we had a nice king size bed and queen size bed. I kinda wished there was a bedside stand where i could charge my phone when i was on my bed. But, Overall, no complaints <Conclusion> From the beginning to an end, everything associated with the Salute Hotel was pretty amazing. I would definitely come back and book it again for my next Hanoi trip. So, i definitely recommend anyone staying at the this hotel.
