Pretty good location, just outside the gate was a nice view of the Pantheon and you can walk to the apartment from Praça do Comércio in about 20 minutes. You have to climb up a bit, but this is Lisbon, and so it's quite normal (But it was nothing very challenging). The apartment had a lot of equipment e.g. iron, coffee maker, dryer and products like spices and oils. The balcony was also nice. It was not very private cause there were windows from another building but we enjoyed it anyway.

The apartment is not new and it shows, some walls already needed refreshing. The shower handset had a rather low water pressure, as some of the water ran down the hose (rather easily repairable). For us, the comfort was sufficient, as it was a student trip, so we depended on a good price. Sometimes it was difficult to contact the owner, we had to wait a long time for a response

Staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful - it was a pleasure to deal with them. Location was great - walkable to town or, if its too hot, a very cheap car ride. The Amoreiras shopping centre is about a 12 minute walk from the hostel - useful for clothes, luggage, grocery store, etc. I stayed in an 8 bed female dorm and the beds all have curtains for privacy which is great. Bathroom was cleaned every day. I didnt include breakfast in my stay, but it looked good.

The bathroom situation could be better - it was a private bathroom for the 8 bed room. The shower was generally blocked and the room would constantly steam up due to lack of proper ventilation. The real issue with the steam is that there is nowhere to hang your clothes in the bathroom, so you need to put your towel, clean clothes and dirty clothes on top of the toilet lid or else on the floor which is often wet from steam. Its probably the only negative feedback I have about the hostel and I didn't see/use the other shower rooms so cant comment beyond the one in my room. Some clothes hooks would help a lot.

Everything was perfect the studio is so nicely decorated and has a wonderful cosy vibe. The owner is also very responsive and kind. Needless to say that the location is superb, at the very heart of the centre.
