The property is cosy and the hotel staff is one of the best I seen in Japan in terms of their attitude and service. Even they are not able to speak very fluent English, they tried their best to accommodate us and used their mobile to translate their information to us. Their manager Yoshihiro Inada is very professional and good in his service. The breakfast is homely and delicious too. I will rebook this hotel if I visit Shizuoka again.

I like that we could opt for single-rooms, perfect for individuals who need privacy. Each room is small, but not micro - it's spacious for Japanese standard, and comes equipped with bathroom slippers, room sandals, a fancy desk lamp, and master switchboard (for lights, and some charging ports) right next to the bed.
