I stayed two inconsecutive nights. The first night was accommodated with a typical room without unexpected. Everything was usual. After checking in and entering my room the second night, the room was surprisingly not thoroughly cleaned up. The staff from the front desk quickly came and checked. I got upgraded to a larger room. But most importantly, I appreciated her getting good service in providing with another room key for instant changing without delay.
