The service was fabulous, the lounge was amazing especially the afternoon tea! The room was huge, and very clean. The services we received was fantastic especially the valet team. Conveniently situated in the centre of Fukuoka, Tokyu Stay Fukuoka Tenjin provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. The room size is good. The beds were soft and the pillows were enough for a room of 4. Front desk are 24-hours available. The staff was really helpful and taxi can be found easily. There was a coffee bar and ice-making machine provided for free at 24 hours. Air conditioner was in good condition and temperature could be adjusted easily. There're many store around the hotel. Yoshinoya/sukiya were just next to the hotel. Big camera and Daimaru were around 5 minutes walk. The airport was around 15 minutes away from the hotel.

The room was very nice: it was well decorated and pleasant to be in, had all the necessary appliances (e.g. kettle). Staff was very helpful, I got a bit sick and they called a nearby clinics to arrange a visit. Also the hotel is located in a very nice mall with local clothing stores, so one can go for shopping
