The breakfast buffet is wonderful. We also loved the Eggs Benedict from the menu. The service is wonderful as in all restaurants in the Kempinski.

Offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, this adults-only all-inclusive resort and spa features endless activities and entertainment, such as outdoor pools, fitness centre, private beach area and various dining options.

this is the first time I am writing review because I had to rate this property. Everything was fabulous, staff was outstanding, room was clean, spacious and have the most beautiful view and the food was so great but the thing I loved most about the property is hospitality. The staff was always ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each and every member of staff was great but some people really do need special mention; Monica from front desk, Fabian from spice, Sergio from Asiana, Felix the cabana server, Ivan from Maria Marie and entire staff of room service; go find these guys and you will never find anything to complain about.

Loved the location, the ocean, the hospitality of the staff, the beauty of the resort, the food and the cleanliness of the resort. The staff were very respectful, professional and friendly! Especially Alex the bell man and Ceaser who works at the breakfast restaurant. The spa was lovely and exceptional, Shery gave a really good massage!

Lovely place to stay and great value for money. Friendly staff and relaxed, homely feel. Room was spacious and quiet, bed was very comfortable, shower excellent, lights and sockets by bed. Spotlessly clean throughout. Courtyard gardens to sit in were pretty and a bonus. Whole place just feels loved and cared for. Good breakfast at reasonable price. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer!

When we got relocated to a better room, we had more space, and it was quiet and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and clean, a nice oasis to relax. The breakfast was very good. We later ordered the pasta for lunch, I think, and it was very tasty. We were glad that they had a restaurant on site because there was nothing in the area. If you walk straight north for over 1 km, you will find some little places to get some food. Staff were friendly.

We had the swim out pool room, which was nice, aside from the fact that it was always in the shade so we couldn't really sunbathe there. But the room itself was great, very spacious, great bathroom, & clean. The two pools were also nice and it was great to have the option to go to the beach and relax on a daybed as well. Breakfast buffet options were good. We also enjoyed playing ping pong and grabbing an afternoon snack at the Mochachino place.

The location is convenient if you want to go out at night. The veggie omelette for breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have other options such as granola, cereals, toast… It’s big and spacious. Staff are nice. You get a free drink on arrival and a wellness activity for free. Puerto caracol is only 5 minutes away, so it’s very convenient if you want to go to Isla de mujeres.

Everything. The location and facilities were amazing. We had a room that walked straight out onto the beach and had its own cabana. The pool area was vey nice and catered for a lot of people with bars close by. The spa was very nice with relaxing massages.
