What a wonderful place! We stayed only two days, but could definitely have stayed longer. We got full VIP both days🙌 We tried almost all the food on the menu, the tacos and cheviche was so nice👌 We did deep tissue massage (with Mariel), - the best massage I ever done. Mariel was looking so well after us, and made sure we had the best time while staying here☺️ Thank you Mariel🙏 The place looks better in real life, the garden is so beautiful. It is quiet and so many gorgeous birds, flowers and fruits around the garden. The bungolow was clean and spacious. Bed supercomfy! The pool was great. No scorpions to see anywhere at the property! We had the best stay and are so coming back♥️

I was hesitating to book the hotel because of some bad reviews but I cannot confirm them, everything was really nice and lovely, good small breakfast, clean pool, beautiful garden! We stayed one night and it was absolutley efficient.

the setting is stunning! it is a real oasis and the gardens are very impressive! The room is very clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. the pool is lovely and there is plenty of seating available. Angie is lovely and tried her very best to make our stay wonderful, including a late check out until 4pm!

Realy nice and tranquile place near the Airport with lovely staff. My flight from Europe arrived in the afternoon. I booked the hotel for the first night to rest and relax after long journey. Could'nt have a more relaxing place in the near area of Cancun airport.

Hotel territory is amazing, there is so quiet and green. Personal is so friendly and they are open to assist with any request. It is so nice place to stay for several nights. Also, the airport is very close to the hotel. And the uber is much cheaper to use.

The Hotel is only a short taxi journey from the airport, the owner was waiting for us and made us immediately welcome, our room was ready and comfortable. Cold beer and food available at any time. The hotel garden is absolutely beautiful, a jungle setting, beautifully maintained with a lovely pool. Breakfast and lunch were freshly prepared and delicious. We would definitely stay there again on transit to the UK.

Tsaakik is a beautiful hidden gem tucked away in a peaceful location, but very convenient for the airport. Marienne is really friendly and helpful. Food was cooked to order and they were very happy to make me food that fit my dietary restrictions (GF/DF pescatarian). It’s very quiet and great if you want a natural retreat experience. I would stay at Tsaakik next time I’m in Cancun and highly recommend.

This place is a beautiful gem in midsts of the big hustle and bustle of Cancun. It's a quiet Mayan oasis. We stayed at a standard room (igloo) and it was roomy, comfortable and very cool. Super comfy bed and very pretty bathroom. All rooms have a sitting area. And the garden is everything you could expect from a Mayan Oasis. The staff was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. They also have delicious food and breakfast was included (always a bonus).
