The hotel was altogether great. The variety of food available in the restaurants was vast and the quality good. The only thing that could be improved upon could be the cleaning of the loungers, as many could not be used due to the birds guano on them. The other thing I observed was that there weren't enough clothes pegs/hooks provided in the bathroom. I think a total of four should be provided, as the room can facilitate a maximum of four people. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and I would personally would consider staying at a Riu when I choose my next holiday destination.

Everything was great! - So many fun activities - Rooms are very comfortable and spacious - The food and booze - so many great options - Beach is amazing - Staff are super helpful and friendly - Fun parties and not just for the super young! First time doing an all inclusive at 38 years old and after lots of travelling around the world - would definitely come here again!

The staff were very friendly and, contrary to some previous reviews, we thought the food was excellent. There were definitely some things we preferred to others but that is normal. The buffer was always well stocked and there was always a good selection of fresh food to eat. There was also a fair amount of drinking but very little bad behaviour with it; we were a group of 30-somethings though, maybe with kids it's different.

Enough restaurants and bars so it doesn’t feel too crowded. Amazing riu parties if that’s what you are going for. I wanted to do an special mention to Guillermo from the buffet Coral in the mornings. He was great with us and supper attentive and nice everytime he was there! Gracias!! Also, plenty of activities to do in the resort! You have something to do everyday !
