The staff were super nice and friendly. There was no seaweed smell in August. We would advise visiting Isla Mujeres for a day and Nuupspa experience. The restaurant Cielo was AMAZING! All in all, we went there for our honeymoon and the hotel with all facilities and services, exceeded our expectations! The best place in Cancun!

A great Location by the Beach with use of resort's pools, beach bar (buy tickets)and food service (buy tickets). An older property but with all essentials. Close to other amenities and local transport to downtown Cancun. The Host Corrado was attentive and helpful. A wonderful person to deal with. He kept in touch during our stay to check that we were doing fine. He had some beers, water and soft drink in the fridge to welcome us on arrival. There are a couple of other public beaches within waking distance, an archeological site nearby, a beautiful church (Catholic but anyone is welcome) on the beach nearby, whale shark tour service within walking distance. Other water bound tours and service along the road. The ferry service to Isla Mujer is a 20 min walk from the resort.
