What is better than waking up every morning to see the magnificent view of the Mexican gulf! The room was great. A large suite with a seating area and terrace. To bathroom is huge with very nice amenities. Staff are welcoming and cooperative. We tried the room service, buffet, and different restaurants in the hotel, all were fantastic. The beach was the best part in this trip. Turquoise water and sandy beach. The entertainment program in the hotel is good and creative. Mexican nigh, piano, magic show. There is a different program for every night. We got an upgrade and a very delicious cake because we were celebrating our anniversary. Grand fiesta Americana Will be my first choice when I can back to Cancun.

The location was perfect as we were right on the fifth floor at the beach with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. It was great to meet Betty who was the perfect host. We were so happy and the apartment was everything we hoped for. Cancun gave us an unforgettable vacation and it was very safe and secure in Cancun. An additional bonus was how quiet it was at night just the gentle waves of the sea. We were able to visit all the must see places during our trip. We went to Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres and walk on the private beach everyday. Thanks Betty for helping us celebrate our anniversary!
