The food is fantastic, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The resort offers an array of enjoyable activities that vary from day to night. I participated in two art workshops and had a great time. There's also an opportunity to book wind sailing, which I highly recommend everyone try at least once – you might even spot sea turtles! While this activity is complimentary, I strongly suggest tipping the staff as a token of appreciation for their excellent service.

Hyatt Ziva pleasantly surprised us, with an entire village of restaurants, shops, candy/dessert shop, cafe, swimming pools and dolphins! Our butlers Alessandra and Eladio were beyond amazing and took care of all of our needs. It was a splurge but I would do it again. The food at the Moongate (asian) and the Tradewinds (steak) was of excellent quality. the rooftop pool at Punta Vista was also amazing.

The Host, Mr. Corrado, is a very nice gentleman who will give you immediatly a feeling of familiar comfort. He will answer your question as good as possible and is always reachable if you need something. He is a well English-, Italian- and Spanish-Speaker. The Apartment was one of our Highlights and we enjoyed the view of the see, what is the first thing you will see as soon as you wake up. We planned also some trips to some islands and he was so nice for driving us to the ferry. Very happy with all and everything. There will for sure be a next time in Cancun and we will come back to Mr. Corrado for sure :)

The staff was super friendly. Jonathon organized great beach volleyball and tequila volleyball games for us. We had a blast! Samanta, the hostess at Spice, the buffet restaurant was super friendly. We also loved the high quality shows each night plus drinks in The Den and of course the gorgeous beach.
