“We booked a signature room with a private garden. It was ideal for us and our dog. The food was ok, if a little on the expensive side. We enjoyed the peaceful location, and the fact it is very dog friendly. My dog enjoyed the treats he was offered.”
“Nothing - the manager was so rude to me during the 2 x phone conversations I had with him that after the second one which I put on loudspeaker my mum and I decided to book somewhere else to stay.”
“Advertised as close to Goodwood racecourse, which is why it was booked. However, upon arrival was told that getting a taxi to and from the hotel was really difficult as taxi drivers didn't like picking up from there! Why advertise you are close to a venue that guests can't get too! Couldn't stay as as couldn't get a taxi, ended up staying in Arundel where we could get a taxi.
Staff were unsure of which room we were in, overheard staff talking about "is it ok to put them in the small one". Not a good selling point.”
“The location is really convenient. The host also send you check in instructions days ahead of your arrival which is nice! Room was big and easy to find.”
“All of it, Donna was welcoming and friendly. The facilities were there for us to use as and when, we were able to make drinks and relax in the garden. Rooms clean and spacious, robes and extra towels if we needed. Breakfast was freshly made to order and plenty of it. Just a lovely stay.”
