Everything was fine apart from some very noisy neighbours somewhere in the building.

I stayed a couple of nights. It was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced.

The room appeared to be a converted garage space and was done to a high standard, however the room was cold and the radiator was not working although the towel rail in the adjacent shower room was piping hot. A fan heater was provided, so the owner was obviously aware of this issue but it was noisy so I didn't get much sleep. The shower room was finished to a high standard, but to get into the shower was quite a high step and the toilet was kind of in the way. The provision of a couple of hand holds would eliminate the risk of falling especially when stepping out.

Convenient location for the airport. Good privacy. No contact check-in. Good communications from the owner. The shower room was very nice and there was plenty of hot water.

Too noisy. There is a kid making noise after 11pm and from 5.45... you can also hear the other guest all around... Be careful it's a shared bathroom.

Not to far away from the bus to the airport. It was clean, and it's nice to be able to use the kitchen. Ok for one night but take earplugs

It was me and my baby but only had a small piece of towel. No hair dryer.

Will definitely stay again. Very comfortable stay. Direction on how to enter the house were clear. House, room and toilets were clean. Close to the airport and town centre.

My room (on the ground floor with a brown door) did not have a lock on the door. Samuel confirmed, “no lock on door, the house is safe”! I was uncomfortable with the explanation and it made it difficult for me to leave valuables in the room since I was attending a family function. The radiator in the room did not work (same as in my nephews’ Room 1 upstairs). After contacting Samuel, we were able to get two moveable portable heaters from the cupboard on the ground floor. The mattress on the bed was terrible, it has gone past it sell by date! The mattress needs replacing. No air freshener in the rest room. I entered shortly after someone had just finished their business. It was awful! The sensor light in the bathroom went off twice while having a shower. More so, it was noisy (children’s voices) when I arrived at the property at 10:30pm. Left the property at 7:45am with all my valuables.

The location was suitable for me as it was close to where we held a family function. Quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication from Samuel. Water pressure was good. The home has got lots of potentials and it is suitable for an overnight stay.

instructions to use the key pad weren’t clear and I didn’t watch the video. I wasn’t aware it was a necessity. it felt a bit impersonal as a stay. parking was ok but I got there early and had a space, others parked in the road.

Room 5. was cold when we arrived. 20.00. -2 outside. Heating came on for a little while at 21.30 Very basic room. Bed, dresser and1 bedside unit. We had an early flight, so left 04.00. Didn't notice when booking it was shared bathroom. That was one floor down. Sound proofing not so good. At midnight, could hear someone on the phone in his room. For the price. It was better than sleeping in the car.

Ideal for an overnight before flying from Gatwick Good instructions to the house. . Easy and safe entry into property and room. Full kitchen, I believe for guest to use. Comfortable bed. Good last minute price. £46.

I dont know if it was a good idea to book a room here for the night before working the next day as a commuter. I am 100% I forgot my new airpods in the room number 6, my mistake obviously. I tried to reach the owner or whoever is in charge of the reservations many times.No reply one week after. I am not sure if I would come back after such a bad customer service. It can be cheap but Ifield station is 20 mins walk distance so you need a taxi/uber to go to the station. After few attempts to get my airpords back I assume I lost them.

Im not used to sharing a bathroom with strangers but I realised this was the case when I booked.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The facilities in the kitchen are very good. The bathroom is shared with a few rooms and there were towels strewn around with items of the other guests left in there. Hot water was plentiful. There is no TV in the bedrooms which I think made the rooms very quiet.

The eating in the room wasn't working. However, host was proactive enough to make portable heater available after receiving complaint.

Location was easy to find and the room/bathroom were clean. Also, the host was promptly available for support out of hours.
