We were back quite late in the evening (11pm) and so couldn't use the shower or toilet facilities in the house during the evening, therefore something to bear in for guests with similar itineraries. Chemical toilet is easy to use but awkward if 2 guests are staying in the accommodation (we had to put it outside of the shed, which meant no privacy). (though these points already noted in the description of the accommodation).

Host was very friendly. Property exactly as described, clear instructions to enter, mattresses and bedding were very comfortable and we had a great nights rest.

Cabin was comfortable and cosy, and represented a good value for money.option for us. It was close to the town and railway and was perfect for our one night stay.

The approach to the property was overgrown with weeds and looked like a junkyard. This first impression did not bode well. There are no bathroom facilities between 19:00 and 07:00 apart from a chemical toilet at the end of the bed - yes really! No hand sanitiser was provided either. The whole experience was quite bizarre and not to be repeated!

This property should not be on booking.com, it was expensive,no facilities during night, portaloo in same room space is not hygienic, most it should be per night is £40 n that’s pushing it

The chemical toilet was disgusting and unbelievable. Been travelling around 14 years never came across and surely make sure I never will. I don't expect much but this made me so mad.

The only thing positive was that I could check in earlier and that in future I will be more alert to read MORE carefully.

The ad’s photos were confusing. I knew that there was a chemical toilet in this outside cabin but it should have been clear that there was NO washbasin at all, and the family house was locked up after 8pm. The lock on the cabin door didn’t work.

The landlady was nasty. She was not there at 4 as arranged. I finally got in about 7.00. I had to knock on the house door. She was not happy that I could not open either doors and snarled at me. she snarled at me when my walker got stuck in a threshold. "Hurry up, Hurry up". Disgusting way to speak to a elderly woman with an n obvious physical disability.

There was no breakfast. It was a wooden hut with no sink and a chemical toilet right next to the bed. Couldnt open the door to let sstench out as it was -6C in Shoreham. It was appaling to be in this doss house overnight.

unfortunately is that garden cabin not suitable for working ppl, i can life with the aspect to use a camping toilet as there is no use off the toilet in the house after 7pm. At least when i was there. Also no shower in the morning as there is no access to the house at 6am before to go to work. all that is not measured in the booking details and that is very bad. for someone who use it for holiday is it ok but the circumstances that there is no access to a toilet and a shower after certain time was not suitable for me. It was quite and at least i slept good.

the host is a very kind woman and my feedback is only related to her rental. It is nice talking to her but as said quite disappointed with the rental

Just be aware there is a porta-potty for weeing in the night. I am fine with that as the room is such a bargain.
