The location was absolutely brilliant - 5 mins walk to the beach and several pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our room was fairly small but had everything we needed and was very cosy. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. Being able to help ourselves to fresh milk from downstairs for making tea in the room was a bonus.

We enjoyed it all.

The location was perfect for a 5 minute stroll to the beach with no need to move the car. Donna was very welcoming and efficient,helping us with our luggage and showing us the switches for the pool. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed having cafetiere coffee with brilliant ground coffee. There was a very good fish restaurant on the beach.Thank you Donna for your kindness.We really hope to return.

Lovely warm welcome from Donna from the very minute we arrived. Great communication prior to arriving to the B&B. The coast house location only short walk from the beach front, set in charming little Village. The B&B had a nice cosy feeling, just like been at home 😁decor had a lovely country feel. We enjoyed hydro pool facilities. Watching squirrels fed in pretty garden during breakfast. Breakfast was deliciousness! Local pub The Fox, food was outstanding, tasty and great value. Thank you for a great stay Donna 🫶🏼

We were informed on arrival that there would be a birthday party with 5 girls and that they would require the swimming pool that evening. I wish we had been informed before our stay, as we would have rebooked elsewhere (did not think it was the kind of place that allows birthday parties TBH). We also found out that the hot tub was only operating from May onwards, which was not clear from the description here. Our bathroom - which was described as "private" - was not ensuite, which was surprising. I read from other reviews that this is a Booking.com problem, which does not allow you to give specifications, but I suggest this can be specified in a private message once the booking is made. Donna offered to change our room, but the other room was smaller and the view was not as pretty. Overall I think more clarity would be a good thing to avoid disappointment. This said, we still had a nice weekend and we thank Donna for her hospitality!

Overall we had a nice stay. Donna was friendly and the house is nice and spacious, with lots of space for guests and a beautiful garden. Everything was really clean. She gave us good tips on places to visit and to eat. The Beach cafè in Littlehampton was fantastic! You are also next door to William Blake's cottage and pub, which was fascinating to read about

Nothing! Only note is that the hot tub is closed for winter season (understandably) which I didn’t see on booking.com, however it is clearly noted on her own website.

I came here for my 21st birthday with my friends (group of 5) and it was absolutely perfect. Donna was so welcoming and the place itself was immaculate. I booked the room for 5 adults and it was so spacious! Perfect for the 5 of us: plenty of space and private en-suite. We booked the pool in the evening and had exclusive access for a great amount of time and enjoyed the bluetooth speaker. We didn’t opt for the cooked breakfast but enjoyed the teas, coffee, cereal, yogurts etc on offer in the morning. I will definitely be returning asap. An absolute hidden gem, I am so glad I came across this. Thank you Donna xx

Nice place for a short staycation. If you just want to relax and do nothing. Near the seafront, and the indoor pool is lovely. Donna is very welcoming and hospitable.

I can honestly say I couldn’t fault anything. Felt I was in luxury accommodation with a feeling of being valued and at home.

I liked everything from the moment we were greeted by Donna on arrival. Our room was amazing. Spotless and with everything we could need. The Spa pool and hot tub was available and we had personal use of both with robes and towels provided. Relaxing in the gardens, soaking up the sunshine while enjoying freshly brewed coffee. Breakfast was freshly Cooked to order with high quality and no cheap ingredients. Everything at the Coast House was exceptional. Donna was so welcoming and a pleasure to spend time with. We immediately felt at home and relaxed. Off street parking and a very short walk to the promenade with a beachside cafe and ice cream parlour as you arrive at the beach. Great location for lots of local attractions and only 15 minute drive to Goodwood Motor Circuit which was our reason for staying. We will definitely return and book some of the additional Spa and Beauty treatments available next time.
