“First class accommodation. An old building, but modernised very tastefully to a high standard
Tea and coffee provided and a welcome bottle of prosecco.
Hosts were very helpful in their communication.

“Terrible service, terrible apartment. I don't recommend it to anyone; take an extra 10 minutes and find something else if you don't want to have a negative experience. We stayed in this apartment for 3 days. On the first evening, when we arrived at the apartment, we found there was no electricity. At 11:30 PM, we called the provided phone numbers, but no one answered. The apartment has instructions on how to turn on the electricity if something happens. We followed all the instructions, but it didn't work. I want to point out that since there is an instruction on how to turn on the electricity, it means this is not the first time it has happened. As I later saw, the problem was with the old and weak wiring. We were tired, with dead phones, and just wanted to take a shower. Additionally, there was no set of bed linen, although I had written in advance that there would be 4 of us and each needed a separate set of linen. For some reason, the host decided to ignore this. At 2 AM, we left the apartment and urgently booked a hotel room, which cost 643 euros per night. In the morning, we managed to get through, and in the afternoon the electricity was restored, and the bed linen was provided. However, the impression was greatly spoiled by the host's attitude towards her guests. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and to refund the money for the first night, but the host refused, saying it wasn't her fault. But who is to blame for the lack of electricity and bed linen? Probably us? We weren't even given an apology. All correspondence through Booking and WhatsApp is saved as evidence. Additionally, the furniture is worn out, the floors creak loudly, and it's hot and stuffy because there are no air conditioners. The apartment is very dark. When we faced this problem, I started reading reviews from other visitors and realized I hadn't paid enough attention to the apartment's selection.”
“Chiara the host was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed staying in her cosy and comfortable home. The location is fantastic, very close to everything in Montepulciano. There were fantastic views of the countryside from the windows and we enjoyed sitting out in the garden with a glass of wine. The house is very clean and well equipped and was our favourite of the 3 homes we stayed in on our vacation. There is an excellent winery opposite the property called Cantina de' Ricci where we did a tour and tasting, this was probably our highlight on our entire Tuscan trip! Thank you Chiara for your warm welcome and our stay in your lovely home.”
