A clean comfortable apartament with all the necessary facilities, located within a 10 minute walk from the train station. With the heating system on, it was warm and cosy on cold evenings. The owner is very friendly and generous, he welcomed us with lunch and a bottle of wine, and offered coffee when we were leaving. The place is highly recommended.

The property is exactly as pictured and beautiful. It's spacious, cozy and equipped with all the necessities, such as hair dryer and iron. The host is a very kind man, who offered us sandwiches for a late dinner and brought us coffee and home-made pastries for every morning. Although he doesn't speak English, we understood each other in French and he used Translate for whatsapp messages. The apartment is situated close to the train station, which makes it a perfect and affordable choice for visiting Florence. I highly recommend it, you will not regret it!

With the excellent facilities, including the sizeable private courtyard (covered from the elements!) and large comfortable bed it made the perfect "home base" for us. Fantastic hosts who went beyond what would normally be expected. We were met by Salvatore who explained everything. A light supper had been prepared - cooked by his wife accompanied by water and wine. An excellent welcome! In the mornings we found fresh coffee and a pastry left outside the door. Very helpful without being intrusive. The location was perfect for us as we used the train, the station was less than 10 minutes walk away and Prato centre close enough to walk too. A quiet area near the river. Can't recommend enough.
