Parking is great if you know where to park but our exceptional host guides us. Then it was easy and convenient with the outside elevator.

Great location! Restaurants, shops all within walking distance and you can also walk to the tower with exceptional views of the city for a small fee. The host even drove us to his favorite local restaurant and make our reservations!

After a long walk this beautiful apartment was like an oasis. Our host was very responsive. Roberto, who let us in, was friendly. The place itself is very lovely, clean, and we felt right at home. So many yummy surprises awaited us! We enjoyed the view from the terrace. Everything was just excellent!

Nothing… everything was perfect… the best place we stayed and we stayed in 14 different places as we walk the Francigena.

We loved everything. Really clean. Washing machine was such a bonus for us. A stocked fridge with everything you could want. Great coffee and machine. Lovely terrace with great views. Fantastic location.

Everything was simply outstanding! The apartment is spacious, centrally located, has every convenience including a washing machine for guest use, and is high quality. The host was amazing, and went out of his way to support us. He has the apartment stocked with a range of diverse drinks, snacks and even fruit for the guests to enjoy! I wish we could stayed longer in this magical city and this lovely space!

This is certainly one of the best places to stay in San Miniato. Walter the host was great with communication beforehand. The property was flawlessly clean and looks recently renovated. The washing machine was a nice touch. I appreciated the host's generosity with the free amenities in the fridge and pantry. That was above and beyond.

This place is amazing and comfortable, just like home but better. There was a stocked fridge with food and drink that we used for dinner and breakfast. The town with its views is spectacular. But to top it off, Walter (he is very accommodating and provides really good communication) made arrangements to have his father drive us to our next destination and refused to accept any compensation. This may be the best place we have ever stayed at during our many trips.

Well, it was very flexible with my check in time as I arrived early. I was grateful for that. He also stocked the refrigerator with food and drinks, which was amazing. He was very responsive whenever I needed anything. And the balcony was a dream.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

This was a warm and cozy apartment. It had supplies for cooking dinner and a small shop near by to buy groceries. The location was great in relation to Florence as well as relation to San Miniato historical downtown. The host was beyond kind and extended his hospitality as if we were family.

Parking was a bit far, but expected as we are in the center of town.

Walter was very nice and responsive. The apartment building was in the center of the old town. The unit had everything we needed and it also offered free goodies (snacks and beverages).

brand new appartment, so much space, also outside, located in the center of the toen. friendly owner was waiting outside to welcome us. room had all you bed, fully equiped kitchen and fridge full, never had an excellent experience like this. if you are considering to book, please do, it is the best!
