“Location was great for walks, being next to the water and boats was lovely, hotel car park was great and free, we were able to stroll round to Loch Lomond Shores shopping centre. Breakfast was really good, no food buffet, waitress takes your order, full English, poached eggs, pancakes etc delicious. Room was comfortable, clean and as I expected. Staff were all excellent and friendly.”

“Very peaceful. Lovely spacious restaurant. Lovely decor everywhere (very old-fashioned but clean and comfortable). Loved the bathroom, toiletries, towels and bathrobes. The bedroom itself was beautiful. Good quality hairdryer too.”

“The bunk rooms were very small. The other people staying in the room were drinking alcohol and listening to music. When I complained, they changed my room. The employees were very helpful. I think listening to music without headphones in rooms should be banned.”
