The lighting is not the greatest in the room only the sink area lit up.

I like the look and layout of the hotel very clean and welcoming. Large mirror in the room large tv. Bed was great the fact you could have it smaller while getting ready.

The toilet is too small very hard to open the door quietly as it’s it hits the toilet each time. Apart from that the room was comfortable and had all that was needed.

Room is very small and had no window. Bed is adjustable, but needs to be adjusted to up position to allow comfortable movement between the wall and the end of the bed. "Desk" is a pull-out table in one bedside unit, and "chair" is a small ottoman so not too comfortable for working. Restaurant a bit too trendy in the evening for us older travellers - very dark, low seating at some tables, crowds of party-goers, quite noisy.

Excellent location in the heart of Glasgow, next to the main rail station, lots of restaurants and pubs. Staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Room is reasonably well designed for its size. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and good selection. Wetherspoons pub next door was good for breakfasts and dinners.

Room locked me out but that was probably because of the late checkout! Made things tight to catch my train, but staff were responsive and helpful in sorting it out.

Super fast checkin and out, Compact room but well laid out and super comfortable and quiet. Great gym. Everything you need is done well, with none of the fancy stuff. Would definitely stay again, especially for a quick work trip when you just need a shower and a comfortable quiet room. Even got a free late checkout at 1200!

It was noisy - barely got any sleep with people chatting and banging doors in the corridor and the noise of running water coming from above!!!

Little things like not a plug next to each side of bed for phone charging, couldn’t plug fire stick into tv. But would definitely stay again.

Love the location, the cleanliness and style of the room. Check in was swift as done the self service in the reception. Love the bowling alley on top floor. Was a good rate but stayed on a Sunday.

I wasn’t too happy about the very small toilet and the shower being separated and it’s built more like a stall than a real bathroom.

Central location only a few steps from Glasgow Central train station. The hotel was spotlessly clean and although the room was compact it was modern and had everything I needed. Incredible value.

My credit card payment kept being rejected as the property don’t use the new secure payments system which I find in this day and age baffling. Eventually got it payed after going round the houses.

Only things I have is the room size and no desk. But I already knew this is a small room so I should not get surprised by that and as for the fact that the room does not have a desk, it’s because I need to work with PC. If not, I don’t think it would be a problem.

Lighting in room erratic and not good for working - light near desk/bedhead not effective. Unless turned off at main switch lighting has habit of coming on everytime you turn over during night. Bed movement was very creaky.

Great location for visiting city centre or catching train to SECC or further afield. Comfortable bed, good shower.

Hardly any faults though some spots need just a touch up as showing signs of some wear other then that no issues.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, place was clean and tidy, loved our room was lucky to get a corner room so can see the street. Beds were comfy.

Rooms are tight, we also got given a room as far away from the elevator as possible. Bathroom facilities are very poor in my opinion.
