“The room, breakfast and location”
“We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and had a big variety of hot and cold food. Our room was set up with a travel cot which was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming.”
“Stay in Glasgow regularly for work and when available, the Hilton is our no.1 go-to hotel. Nothing pretentious...just good location, clean, comfortable rooms/beds, parking under, friendly staff, pleasant bar, good breakfast and thankfully dog-free.”
“Lovely quiet location overlooking Loch Ness. Staff was wonderful and extremely attentive. When it rained on arrival, they came out with umbrellas, showed us around the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. There are two lovely lounges to relax in. Breakfast is excellent, with a good selection of choices of both continental and cooked breakfast options. We felt really welcome and pampered here.”
“stay was fine we were hardly in the hotel at all but when we were it was clean and comfortable. Neither room had a bath but the showers were good. We had requested one double and one twin. When we arrived the twin was a double still so requested this be sorted while we were out (had to rush out for dinner reservation). Did not arrive back till nearly midnight and found room was still a double. To be fair we rang reception and they said could not be done as housekeeping were not available but did offer us the use of an extra room free of charge which was very good. Just could have been improved by them messaging us while we were out so we knew what to expect and avoided the disappointment of coming back to see not sorted. We were very impressed with the solution they suggested however.”
