We loved the location first and foremost! It’s right in Loch Ness and you can see the lake from the property! The staff were excellent. It felt like a 5 star experience from the moment we arrived. And lastly, it’s small - only 9 rooms - so it felt very cozy and quiet.

Staff was amazing. Both the night manager and daytime manager were exceptional. The property was lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer. This was my favorite property from our entire trip to the UK.

The lounge areas were beautifully decorated and comfortable with lovely views to the loch. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and the overall ambience to the hotel was exceptional. Loved it.

Loch Ness Lodge is truly beautiful. The sitting rooms downstairs with fireplaces are so inviting. Our room is one of the nicest we've ever stayed in - and we travel for months on end. Gabriel, who greeted us and took us to our rooms, treated us with the utmost care and respect - as we noticed he also did with all the guests. He was personable and professional. We cannot compliment him enough. Breakfast was wonderful, presented by the elegant Sonya. This is a truly magical place to stay.

There is nothing not to like about this location.

Wow, what an epic location and wonderful hospitality, we only stayed the one night - we wish it had it of been longer. Attentive Manager who could not of done more for us on our stay. We were welcomed with a glass of complimentary Prosecco, Chocolate and Raspberries - made us feel very special and worth every penny we paid for our stay.

Would have preferred a bigger bed in this class of accommodation . The owners should consider introducing an evening meal option , its not always convenient to go out to eat .

If I can make one observation and one that I hope they will take on board is that the dish on the breakfast menu is Eggs Benedict/Florentine and not Egg. No hotel I have been a guest at before has served me a single Egg Benedict and for the cost of an additional egg and the level of service you strive to make your guests feel welcome with, I would suggest adding an 's' to the menu.

Beautifully situated with a management team who display their pride in their property on their sleeves. We only stayed the solitary night but as luck would have it the hotel and surrounding area was hit with an out of the blue, water problem. Water everywhere to see but none to drink, wash or flush away. For a problem that was totally out of their control the hotel staff did very well and we were offered a generous gesture of apology when checking out.

Everything about our brief stay was exceptional. The manager upon our arrival was outstanding, professional and friendly. The facilities were true 5 star and superbly comfortable. The attentiveness from all of the staff carried through to breakfast and checking out. My wife and I were sad in that we couldn't extend our stay due to prior commitments. The staff at Loch Ness Lodge are a credit to the owners.
