Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWhen got to hotel put bags in as wanted to go out shopping . Nice lady helped us and held our luggage safe at the hotel, said take to our room when available. As be back about 8ish at night. This was great . But when we came back, young lad spoken to us we explain that here earlier had ticket with luggage number . Explained to the lady that she would take up to our room before coming back . I'm sure it should be in at 450 room. Young lad gives different number 223 where our luggage wasn't in this room and was no book to tell us about hotel etc times menu .. No mini bar, no water bottles either in this room. Said could have got free face masks online . Cups outside the room door . Little confused about what was happening. Phone for reception and found our bags brought them up. Part from this stay was nice 👌 got free cookies which nice with cuppa coffee before bed . Xx
Staff made nice warm welcome to us . The hotel is beautiful inside . Rooms nice comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was yum. We enjoyed our stay. Next time, try to get into the pool as I never got the time to enjoy this part off the hotel .

There is public parking below the building, at a cost. At least the pool was free of charge to use.

United KingdomThe shower could have been better unfortunately the ceiling over the shower was flaky,the tea tray was disappointing would have like a hot chocolate and some herbal teas as a option a welcome pack would be handy explaining the times of the pool and the menu for the restaurant and a street map
The location was ideal the swimming pool and Jacuzzi was good the meal we had in the restaurant was delicious and very reasonable we were able to check in our bags early ,it would have been a nice touch if they were in our allocated room when we checked in
