Mattress on bed maybe a bit thinner than what we are used to. We also were unable access WiFi on TV.

We arrived at the location and were greeted on site by the Owner who we found very warm and friendly. We were given a free upgrade to the larger of the three rooms. The room itself was very bright and spacious and the view of the seafront was gorgeous. The room looks down onto the Fife Coastal path and we took a lovely walk to Kinghorn and back which is approximately 5km, taking in some fantastic scenery along the way. We would definitely consider coming back for another visit in the future.

My family had booked out the sea view rooms !!

The Deluxe Family Room is quite lovely. It is a stylish room, decorated and furnished to a high standard with every facility one could want. It was warm and very clean. The bed was comfortable. There is an outside enclosed seating area. The hosts were friendly and extremely welcoming. Car parking on the driveway is easy. My family were booked in the sea view rooms and it was easy to join them down some steps at the side of the house.

Instead of shampoo and conditioner in the shower room perhaps actually shower gel would be better and more tea bags.

The location is amazing, the whole idea is such a great one. We were welcomed very well and made to feel comfortable.

The walls are a bit thin. Could hear next door moving around and chatting.

Lovely warm welcome. Communication was excellent. The room was very clean and well equipped. Wifi not the best, but workable. The views were exceptional.

Location was a goid 30 minutes walk in to town. Could have a few more sockets and maybe a Toaster in the kitchen.

Beautiful room with everything you would possibly need, loved the kitchen area so useful. Place was spotless clean and bed was very comfortable. The outdoor area was lovely. Lovely modern decoration. The access and views to beach was amazing. The owner was lovely and anything you need you just need to ask. Can't wait to return in the future 😀

Lovely wee cosy room. Stunning views from the bedroom looking out on to the coast. The host was friendly and made a good effort to see us into the room well. Short distance into the town centre by taxi. Woke up to an amazing sunrise from the location. If you are looking for a very quiet spot for some peaceful time with a partner would say it's absolutely worth it.

The room was a little small but as a solo traveller it wasn't really an issue for me. Also there are no local shops open late if you need to pop out last minute for a snack or pint of milk etc.

Nice clean room with good decor and tastefully done. The rooms is equipped with all you might need such as cutlery, iron, fan etc. The views are exceptional and the area is very clean and felt secure. Stayed 2 nights and would recommend this lovely property.

A few things which I do not think should deter others considering this property. The bathroom bin was not emptied before we checked in, the tableware might have not been cleaned well before, so I suggest rinsing things before using them. The light outside the room kept switching on during a stormy night.

The location is amazing, the room super comfortable and check in was smooth. The room had tableware which was of good quality and convenient. The view from the bedroom is great, there are really good walks accessible from the door step.

Stayed in the family room. Stunning location, rooms were beautiful and comfortable, floor to ceiling glass windows the length of the room facing out to the water with the most amazing views. Our room had a private patio area with table and chairs. (The other 2 rooms had a shared balcony). In the room there was a fridge, George Foreman type grill, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee provided. Also cups plates and cutlery. Board games. Owner was just lovely, really down to earth and friendly.

I know it's a small thing but I did have to go out any buy my own normal tea bags. Also, the shower lacked power that I felt for the price should have been a bit better.

Cups were all really dirty on arrival as was the toaster/grill and the microwave had dried food splatters all over the top. Couldn't connect to the Internet (signal kept dropping away so going off line) so just used my mobile data and tablet to watch tv.

Amazing amazing view! Great bed.. Super comfy, as was the sofa. Lovely decor. Great heating, very easy to use. Really quiet and peaceful.
