“Halong Bay should not be missed. Amazing. The activities were good for our overnight timing. The facilities, food and hospitality were wonderful. The beds so comfortable and waking up to the views amazing. I liked it was a smaller cruise boat which made the experience more personal.”

“The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach, although we found Ha Long a very strange town as it full of empty luxurious buildings and empty streets. The area seemed quiet in general, not sure if we were there during the off season. However we found our stay here very comfortable, it was the first hotel we checked in where most of the staff spoke English. We also wanted to exchange money and they were honest that they did not have the best rates and recommended us where to go for the best exchange rate, which we appreciated after feeling as you are being considered as a walking ATM everywhere you go to, typical for Asian culture towards tourists. They were also kind enough to offer us a bottle of water each when checking out, which is a small gesture but its the little things that makes a difference.”

“Nice spacious room, comfy bed with big bathroom. Decent sized balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy the views of the bay.
The staff were great, funny and personable. They took care to communicate the upcoming activities, going around to each party to make sure the plans were clear and you knew where to be.
Props to Tom Cruise and Nick for the laughs and the informative guidance on tours and activities.
We stayed over New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day which was very memorable! The staff made the celebrations on New Year’s Eve so much fun and it was nice to see the staff also enjoying themselves and mingling with the guests. 10/10 experience made so by the staff who put so much effort to make sure everyone was having a good time.
Food was very good and buffets usually had a good selection of food to choose from.”
