“The location was very rural just how I like it with a terrific view on both sides! Cody, clean and comfortable! Ideal for our dogs with tile floors in the kitchen and conservatory. I didn’t let them in the spacious living room and upstairs of course. The bird noises were fantastic! We had curlews in the meadow at the back and two partridges who apparently live here. Also oystercatchers and many more! It was a 5 min drive to The Streethead Inn for a good dinner. We also liked being near West Burton which is a beautiful village where the dogs could swim near the falls. The garden has apparently just been planted and it looks like it’s going to be lovely very soon! In short we very much enjoyed our stay in East Lane Barn!”
“What a gem of a place! We booked as we were attending a gig at the open air theatre and it was literally an 8 minute walk or something, so close. The view was fantastic looking straight out over the sea and there was parking (including electric points if required). Shops, bars and restaurants all close by.
The hosts were lovely and actually met us at the property, giving us some hints and tips where to go for a drink and making sure everything was as we needed/wanted it. I’m sure we’ll be back!”

“It’s a great location with a good view of the sea, and a very convenient location for both enjoying the seafront and getting into town for food. Also the reclining sofa in front of the window is a lovely vantage point to just watch the world from.
And thank you to the staff for their patience with myself and my partner when we were bamboozled by the key code device for the property (it was very obvious once it was pointed out, not our smartest moment), and they were so kind and helpful.”
