it was clean , relaxing , everything u need was there , location was 100%, shops right on your doorstep , 2 minutes walk to sea front , train station about 10 minutes walk , will be going again, the office staff R 100% helpful

The noise from outside the property ( In the street). Hard to get to sleep and constantly being woken up during the night. I chose the property as it was close to everything, not thinking about it being Saturday night and people being out into the early hours. Totally my own fault!

The only issue I had was the heating with my husband having asthma. I couldn't turn it down, just a bit too hot the temperature

Just about everything.It was like from home to home.The decor was excellent. I didn't want to go home it was so beautiful The bed was the most comfortably I have been on in any stays I've been to. I will definitely be going back when I stay in scarborough again

Do not leave your phone inside apartment if you going to the shop, you need the front door code that's on your phone, can not use a key for front door as there is not one.

Did not see any staff at all, the apartment was vert comfortable and clean. The in each bedroom as well as main room, very warm apartment, easy access by code sent to phone, found our stay exceptional and very comfortable.

Everything. This was my 3rd time staying at The Salisbury. I know what to expect and where everything is. It's wonderful to have such a reliable place to stay in the centre of town when I go to visit friends. I had one gripe previously and that was that there was nowhere to put anything in the shower. This has been addressed and a basket was available for bottles. I had a room on the back of the property which is my preference and it was lovely and peaceful.

The apartment was more than what we expected. Great location with a car park just 5 mins walk and all the shops around. Everything was PERFECT!!! I would definitely recommend it. Hopefully I will have a chance to find another good deal next time we go to Scarborough.

Pretend beggars outside the door where a little intimidating. No storage in the second bedroom.

The location was perfect, the apartment was stunning, the cooking facilities were great, and we had a fabulous 4 nights there! They thought of everything including an eye mask and ear plugs.

Nothing wrong with the property, but the web pages were a big problem. Links didn’t work and had to make numerous phone calls! Not good !!

As 2 ladies it would have been great and more comfortable to have a 6ft wide bed or the option to have 2 single beds.
