Not having a bedroom window is a bit strange, and I was a little worried about not having natural light. But there are windows near the top of the internal walls that lets it come through in the morning, which was very appreciated.

It’s a great location with a good view of the sea, and a very convenient location for both enjoying the seafront and getting into town for food. Also the reclining sofa in front of the window is a lovely vantage point to just watch the world from. And thank you to the staff for their patience with myself and my partner when we were bamboozled by the key code device for the property (it was very obvious once it was pointed out, not our smartest moment), and they were so kind and helpful.

Wi Fi very poor, Bathroom drainage very poor, general hot water issue in the apartment which could be easily remedied. We did have an issue with front door entry code we sent but by a matter of trial and error worked out that’s * was required rather than a #

Location spot on facilities well maintained in general and well worth money. Nice touches with the welcome pack. Excellent communication upto and including arrival.

Parking was a litte tight but that's what you expect in Whitby. The property had a great sea view but was spoilt somewhat by the outside of the windows being dirty, the inside of the property was clean though.

Took 40mins to get into the building on arrival, and tried the back entrance as well, carting luggage back and forth. The wrong code was sent to me, and after contacting the agents; the owner arrived within half an hour and apologized. Also didn't like having a windowless bedroom

Great kitchen facilities and close to the beach. The added welcome touch of a bottle of bubbles was very thoughtful and much appreciated also. Well set up with everything you need.

Great location, a short walk to town, hop on/hop bus tour stop nearby and fantastic views of the Abbey, surrounding areas and coastline. The apartment was very clean, tidy and the detail (refreshments!!) were a lovely welcoming touch as was the communication prior to.our stay. We can't fault Sunset View.

Checked in and had bread, milk, jam, marmalade, butter, proseco etc. Everything to start your break/holiday. Apartment was very clean, had every facility and more. Lovely friendly host, great location, very clean. Host has thought of everything to make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable one. Xx thank you, we will return
