Absolutely nothing not to like

Lighthouse View is quite simply a stunning little apartment, very clean in a perfect location right in the heart of Scarboroughs seafront, amazing views as you drink your morning coffee, everything you need for your stay, the apartment is very well looked after and the personal little touches are more than needed, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay there again, can't speak highly enough of this accommodation, a definite 10 out of 10 ...

I have been going to Scarborough for over 30 years. The light house view is possibly the best place we have ever stayed. location and view is unbeatable. The interior was bright and clean and modern. It was home from home.

The property was spot on! There was nothing in it not to like. There was an epic snorer close by who woke us up a couple of times, but that was not the fault of the owner!

What’s not to like

I love this beautiful place. Right in the middle of Scarborough close to the market and interesting independent shops. And the view !! Very clean, with everything you need. I’ll certainly stay there again.

What a wonderful place for our two night stay in Scarborough. The beautiful comfortable furnishings, decor and amenities are excellent! Absolutely all our needs were catered for, extra bedding, toiletries, well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom and the shower is wonderful!!! All in all the hosts showed they cared about our needs and comfort 10/10 🙂 Thank you! Hopefully we'll be able to return next year for a longer stay.

There’s nothing not to like, maybe It’s up a bit of a hill but then you wouldn’t have the Great view if it wasn’t so no complaints 🙂

The flat was Perfect.Perfect location, tidy, all facilities you need and more if you ask for a little charge. I had some Cocktails and Cake left for me as it was my wife’s birthday, went down well too.

Best to reverse in to the Car Parking space if there's already a couple of Vehicles parked close to it, as a bit of a squeeze to get in to.

Fantastic location, beautiful Apartment with everything you could need. Exceptionally clean. Parking space too more or less outside the Apartment. Nicola is a wonderful Host. Will definitely be staying here again in the future and would highly recommend.

The view from the lounge was wonderful at all times of the day. The fact that there was a separate room for the bedroom. It was in a great location for both the north and south beach and Italian gardens. My husband was able to have a surf. The thoughtful birthday cake and candles that Nicola left for my husband’s birthday the next day! Nicola was really responsive with communication.

Whilst the apartment had parking and the owner provided a free parking permit. The parking was difficult and a little bit stressful at times as the space for maneuvering is very tight and restrictive. That said, parking in Scarborough is at a premium and the owner has done the best that she can with the space available to her to create free parking next to the apartment which is appreciated. For much of the available accommodation in the area does not have any parking facilities, far less free parking, as such, free awkward parking much better than no parking facilities.

The apartment is lovely and spotless clean, it is well appointed and equipped to a high standard with high quality furnishings, fitments and decor. A standard that others should follow. It put most hotels and other holiday accommodation in the area to shame. The apartment was additionally equipped with free fast Wi-Fi, and an excellent choice of free TV channel entertainment to include Sky, Netflix, Prime etc. There is also a a lovely view down to the beach and overlooking the harbour from the living room window. The entrance hall to the flat was equipped with passive light sensor which illuminated the hallway upon opening the door. A nice touch was fresh milk in the fridge upon arrival and the packet of chocolate digestives gifted by the owner. My wife and I were impressed and very pleased with what we walked into. It made our stay in Scarborough very comfortable and relaxing. 10/10.

We couldnt fault the property. Lovely views of the Beech and sea. Very clean, nicely furnished in all rooms.. large wonderful shower. Everything supplied. Even tea,coffee and sugar and a pint of fresh milk and complimentary biscuits. Comfortable double bed. We even got a message off Nicola earlier in the morning to say the property was ready to go in too if we had arrived. Thankyou again Nicola for a wonder Comfortable stay in your property.

Lovely little place with a great view of the sea, we could've sat there all day. Owners had left us some fresh milk and biscuits. Easy access to the beach and amusements and restaurants

We did have some difficulty in initially finding the apartment, partly due to a road closure. A simpler explanation would be: From the seafront turn towards the town at the traffic lights opposite the harbour, follow up the hill and take the 3rd left over the cobbles. Keep to the right and follow round the corner to the parking space.

Both my wife and I thought it was the cleanest, freshest and best equipped holiday apartment we had ever stayed in. It wanted for nothing and we could have arrived with just clothes and found everything we needed was there. The shower was excellent as were all other facilities, this includes the view. We assumed the tea bags were "Yorkshire tea!!"
