“The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a lovely view of the gardens, river and bridge. The location is fabulous. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Special mention to the restaurant team who were polite , pleasant and incredibly efficient. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice and a high standard of quality. We ate in the restaurant twice, and again the food was very good.”
