“Perfect location. Comfortable bed. Not too hard, not too soft. The adjoining room was perfect for our family of 5. One king-size bed in one room and 2 full-sized beds in the other. (It says they are twin sizes but they are a bit bigger than twin size.) Our twin girls (age 13) slept in 1 bed together and our 15-year-old daughter slept in the other bed. We had a bathroom in each room. The air conditioning was good and worked well. It was 92-96 degrees Fahrenheit during our 5-night stay. We are from America and found plenty of things to eat at their free breakfast. They had made-to-order eggs, which we took advantage of each morning. The breakfast buffet was better than most chain hotel breakfasts in the USA. I'd say the hotel is a 3/5 star, but the service is 5/5! The staff there are amazing! So, it makes this a 4/5 star hotel in my book. We would not hesitate to stay again as the value was worth it!”

“Absolutely amazing location and amazing staff. William in reception took very good care of us along with another younger staff member we never got the name of. They offered to help with SIM cards, day trips, transfers, etc. Couldn’t recommend more for a stay in Hanoi!”
