Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Right after booking, the team reached out with a detailed list of tours and attractions and even helped us arrange an outstanding Ha Long Bay tour. Throughout our stay, the staff remembered our names, anticipated our travel plans, and offered consistently attentive support. The location is ideal—situated in the charming Old Quarter yet removed from the busier, more chaotic areas. Everything we wanted to explore was within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for sightseeing.

GermanyL’Signature Hotel in Hanoi is stunning. We stayed there for three nights. The hotel is in a great location so that the Old Quater can be easily explored on foot. The Hotel amenities are very nice and you can enjoy the rich breakfast above the rooftops of Hanoi. We had a wonderful stay and the staff is really great. They all were very friendly and helped us with things like booking transportation or handling the luggage. After checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for another day as we were going to Halong for one night. When we picked up our luggage, we were also given recommendations for our further trip through Vietnam. We really felt at home during our stay. We can highly recommend the Hotel and would definitely come back. Many thanks to Mr. Nguyen and his team for the great time.

Lovely staff who helped when my husband got a bloody toe as we were arriving and were so helpful. Loved the afternoon cocktails and views from the top floor. Nice to have a hotel off some of the busier streets in the area.

We got a free room upgrade which was a great touch and a voucher for a free beer on the rooftop bar! Everything about this stay was perfect! From the bell boy who helped us to direct the taxi and unload our heavy luggage and the very friendly, professional reception to the very accommodating manager who upgraded us to a more premium room since we came a bit earlier than normal check-in time. The location is excellent, few steps to Ho Guom ( Sword Lake), right in the centre of the Old Quarter where you could enjoy the night, got a bit drunk and yet still able to walk back without issues. Highly recommended. We will be back there next time in Hanoi.
