“The team kindly approved my request to get a room on a lower level and helped with the internet access issues. The room was ok. The challenges I faced with the hotel staff were numerous and I retained the following:
1. Telling me there are only rooms for groups below the floor 11 thus no way to change room. I happily got a room on floor 8 as requested.
2. They don't serve water in the rooms so when I asked for some, I was told to get water from the vending machines close to the elevator on every floor, which aren't.
3. They never woke up to call me when I requested still I made it to the airport on time.”
