Bus service use to run all day. Now it only does morning and night. So if you want to leave Disney for a rest in the middle of the day it’s a long trek.

Good value for money if you want to visit Disney with a bus service to the parks and station. There is an entire mall at the shin-Urayasu train station which is also a boon.

Basically just the location. Need to take a bus (3 stops) to the subway. Other than that really isn’t a problem.

The whole lobby and room are comfy and welcoming. Room is huge as compared to the other average 3 star hotel. We have good sleep as well due to two twin bed. Toilet is big enough for a decent shower.

It was quite far from the station - it would be a hard walk with bags, the first shuttle back from Disney is 8pm which is too late with kids, and only hotel in Japan we went to that we had to pay for coffee. Given the price especially that seems rough. Also took ages to check in.

Great that they offer a free shuttle bus - however it would be good for there to be more running options/times towards the end of the day at Disney. 9:25pm was a long wait at the end of the park day. However options such as train or taxi from Disney are viable alternatives

Served the function well as a base for Disney parks. Room was reasonably sized and the beds were comfortable. Price is okay and competitive for hotels near Disney

We used this primarily as our base for Disneyland and Disneysea. The free shuttle bus was a great service, be aware that the earliest pick up time from Disneyland is 8.00pm. Clean and comfortable.

Although the breakfast was good I still wish there would be more protein sources for vegan customers. These sources could be nuts, seeds, soy-based meat substitutes etc. I got bit hungry early because of that.

The pricing / what you get is really good here. I liked that there was shuttle bus to Disney amusement parks. The breakfast was surprisingly great and I got something to eat even as a vegan person.

Disney land and sea were a bit further away than I expected about 20 and 30 mins each. It was a bit squishy for 5 of us in one room, not much space for luggage and fridge was small, but it was what we expected from the photos.

They did a great job cleaning our room and you can help yourself to extra toiletries you need downstairs. The free shuttle bus to and from Disney land and sea was great too, it was a comfortable air conditioned ride. It was good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were konbini , a chemist and an Aeon store quite close which was handy.

It was small but we were hardly in our rooms because we were out all day.

Location, it was close to Disneyland and Disneysea. The hotel offered everything we were looking for and free shuttle to the theme parks.

Not super easy to get to from Narita, especially if arriving in the evening (last bus from Narita leaves just after 6pm). Another small niggle - would have been good to have received the shuttle timetable in advance (I requested but it wasn’t sent) so we missed the shuttle from the station because didn’t know the time or location. Shuttle to and from Disney isn’t frequent (we cheekily came home on the bus for the neighbouring hotel).

The room for 5 people was basic but a decent size, and very clean. Breakfast (western and Japanese) was great. Very close to a convenience store and good restaurants. Great value.

The bus service to and from Disney. You’re basically stuck at the park all day. Our family loves to go back to the hotel and have a rest or nap, skipping the hottest part of the day. You have to take a Uber or train and walk to do that.

Overall I would recommend. The hotel was clean and the rooms are adequate. Location was good.

Other family members of ours had a few issues with their rooms- one family had an issue upon check in, where a staff member couldnt find her booking but it was definitely booked on booking.com. This was sorted and a room was given after about 20-30mins. Another family of ours had issues where they had come back to their hotel room from a day out at disneyland to being locked out of their room with all their belongings still in the room. When they'd gone to question it, the same staff member we had dealt with earlier for the previous family said we had cancelled her booking (she cancelled a month prior then rebooked again- the room had free cancellation until 48hours prior to check in) and they were trying to charge her full price for cancellation of 3 nights, for a cancellation she done a month prior in order to be able to get into the room again. The staff member couldn't figure out what had happened- couldn't find the rebooking or even the date that it was cancelled despite showing her the proof that it had been rebooked on booking.com. After much frustration, she reluctantly gave access back to the room but not without hesitation and in anger. Us on the other hand had no issues with our room check in or booking but clearly a better system is needed. Cons we had of our own would be wifi- wasn't the best but not bad either. The fact there is only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for an entire hotel. So it was hard trying to get a machine to do washing and the dryers are useless, took 4-5 hours to dry half a load so you're spending more and more money trying to get dry washing. You pay 100Y for 30mins I think it was. Machines only take 100Y coins. Disney shuttles stop running at about 3pm so if you miss the last shuttle you need to find your own way back to the hotel. Walk to the nearest 7/11 was about 10-15mins. Only get one tiny rubbish bin per room so we found ourselves constantly over-filling the bins or needing to take rubbish downstairs.

Buffet breakfast was available. Location to Disneyland was great! Very clean-great cleaners! Mini fridge and clothes hangers available. Free slippers and toiletries available in the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful (besides the one lady at reception as described in cons above).
