The only little disappointment was the public baths only had the one pool otherwise this was perfect for my last night in Japan.

2 mins walk from the station, a few minutes to the airport, free airport shuttle bus, even allowed us to check in early which I have never had before in Japan

I might had selected "smoking room" upon booking. When I went to my room, i noticed it was a smoking room. So I called the front desk & asked if I can be transferred to a "non smoking room". Glad i was transferred to my desired room.

The shuttle bus only runs after 10am and my flight landed at 8am so I had to wait over 2 hours for it to arrive. The bus is also only able to drop off passengers on the other side of the street so it's inconvenient if you have heavy bags. Early check-in is 1000 yen/hour but they do allow you to leave your bags at the reception.

Great location, Narita Station is literally next door and on the other side of the station is the JR line and Narita Omotesando which is a great shopping street for souvenirs and leads to the temple and park. The breakfast spread was good and the onsen was spacious and clean. There's also a convenience store next door and a free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

First time to this hotel. Good location near Kesei train station( KS40), we take train to Tokyo the next day. Room is clean and equipped ,helpful staffs, very good traditional Japanese breakfast and public bath. Airport shuttle is on time to pickup etc . Will come back again!

The washroom had a near foot step up to get inside, the mattress dipped in the middle and since the window looked out onto the train tracks we could clearly hear the trains. Needs better sound proofing.

The commute to tokyo was long and confusing, after reading and checking the location being it beside the train station we didnt know that there were 2 other stations in narita

The breakfast was basic compared to other hotels in Japan, but it was still good value for money

The breakfast was not fancy but it was adequate. The rooms were typically small but clean with everything we needed. The onsen was a nice surprise and very relaxing . Very convenient to the train and restaurants.

A typical APA hotel, I took this one because I had an early plane There is a shuttle bus service so it's very convenient Quite a nice hotel to have some rest before having a long flight

Some of the facilities were on the older side. Weird smell from the bathroom before the ventilation kicked in.

The location is very near the train station and it will only take 15 minutes to reach the airport.

Our way back to the airport, we take the hotel shuttle bus on 23 Aug 2024 by 1055am the driver was fantastic, She has a very good service mind ,Helping all passengers with her smile I really appreciated her service. And the receptionists are perfect.with the services.

It might be a little awkward to get to from the Keisei Narita station east exit - lots of escalators and an elevator. There isn't really anything on that side of the station (not a criticism, but something to be aware of). The bathrooms are a little older with the typical 'Japanese business hotel' style deep/short bath.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well-maintained. Check-in was swift with both self check-in and staff available and there is a small but decent spa on the second floor. Narita itself is a really nice little town with lots of izakayas and bars. There is an airport shuttle from the nearby Comfort Inn although it seems to be first come first served so we still took the train.
