“The hotel is wonderfully located – with convenient access to several beaches, excellent restaurants, and supermarkets. At the same time, the area is very quiet and beautiful. It’s peaceful both in the hotel itself and on the grounds, as well as in the rooms. The room is very spacious and features a modern TV. There is a large balcony with a wonderful view. Breakfasts are very good and varied. The staff is responsive, and there are plenty of free parking spaces available.”
“The hotel is very well maintained and cleaned daily, with towels replaced every two days as advertised. Great location - my request for a top-floor room was granted, and I even got a sea view! It’s in an amazing spot, just a 2-minute walk from a massive beach. We arrived around 11 a.m., and although check-in starts at 2 p.m., our room was already ready-so no awkward waiting in the lobby.
There are plenty of sunbeds, although they’re quite close to each other. Some guests still reserve them by throwing towels on, unfortunately, but there are more than enough for everyone. There are also additional sunbeds outside the pool area, though these don’t have any sun cover or parasols.
This is a small hotel - daily entertainment is available. It wasn’t amazing, but it’s great for more extroverted people. :)
As for the food - relatively good variety, with 40–50% of the options suitable for vegetarians. Not as much for plant-based diets, although oven-roasted vegetables, fries, potatoes, bread, jams, etc. are available daily, so everyone can find something. Not sure why some guests mentioned that food wasn’t topped up - maybe if you arrive 10 minutes before the end of the meal? Otherwise, it was topped up regularly.
The staff are great and very helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. Overall, a highly recommended stay. I wouldn’t suggest going for all-inclusive though - get half-board and enjoy your drinks and cocktails at the many bars just a short walk away.
Pro-tip:
Looking for lively bars and nightlife? Head right when walking towards the beach - a 20-minute walk takes you to a large strip of restaurants and bars. Prefer to relax? Head left instead - there are still bars and restaurants, but with a much more mellow, laid-back vibe.”
“An old but well-maintained hotel, located near Lago di Martiánez, with a stunning view of the ocean. The rooftop pool with heated water was by far our favorite part. Comfortable overall, but the pillows urgently need to be replaced.”
“A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Parador de La Gomera ticked all the boxes for us. Quiet, comfortable delicious food and fantastic staff. Everyone was polite friendly and helpful. What a lovely place to stay.”

“My 4th time in the Royal Suite over the last few years. It's an all-in hotel. Accommodation is very more than adequate . The food is good and the staff are excellent. Myself and friends will return again.”
