Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff especially Stevan a young waiter in a la carte restaurant a very polite and helpful young man and the young lady behind the bar at the beach/infinity pool area, very friendly and funny nothing too much trouble. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was lovely ate in a la carte restaurant evenings buffet breakfast was great plenty to choose from. Overall a lovely relaxing stay. . THANK YOU

The bar service was a bit slow. You had to order from your table. They didn't provide tea or coffee after your evening meal. I had to buy one or go back to my room to make a coffee. You had to pay €36 for a safe, which I thought was ridiculous. Some of the female staff in the restaurant and at reception were a bit abrupt at times.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The food was great, something for everyone. There were plenty of sunloungers and 3 pools to choose from. The location is good and connected to a good bus route right in front of the hotel. It's a great place if you want to be away from the mad scene. There was a varied age group and lots of different nationalities, but everyone was catered for. The entertainment was good and ended at 10.30 but the bar remained open. We had a lovely, quiet, relaxing stay. I would definitely return.

The bed wasn’t comfortable for me personally but if you like a hard mattress you’re in luck. I didn’t sleep great on the bed but that’s because I like a softer mattress. We were a lil taken aback that you had to pay for water at dinner considering it seemed like it was just tap water and the fact that at breakfast there were at least 7 drinks offered for free, but the drinks weren’t expensive so at least there was that (idk about alcohol as don’t drink)

The location was close to the beach, the pools were really nice, the food was good and a decent amount of vegetarian options. It was clean and well presented.

I was a bit disappointed by the bedroom, I thought it could do with a refurb. The bathroom was up to date, although there wasn't a bidet.

The staff, the facilities, the atmosphere in the hotel, and the quality and selection of food at breakfast, dinner and at lunch were all excellent.

I had a wonderful time at the Riu Arecas. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was top notch, I could not fault the selection of food on offer. The cleanliness was exceptional too.

This hotel is very near the playa del duque. Resort has 2 swimming pools and an infinity pool (front beach). Very comfortable, very good quality for money! If you stay on this side of the Island, I recommend it. Very good breakfast.

Very busy at meal times.

Very good range of offerings at breakfast and dinner. Well located for the beach and beachside walks. Staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Cleaning and maintenance teams were first rate. Plenty of sun loungers throughout the day (this was early March). Good beach side bars.

The reception area/lounge area was a bit open and decor was a bit bland and cold.

Very clean hotel, quiet at night when sleeping. Staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Loved the pool with the beach and the beach bar there. Pools were lovely. Entertainment at night very good. Good variety of food at breakfast and dinner.

There is no laundry service over the weekend (not possible to leave laundry there on Friday while checking in and get it back until Monday at noon (only if you pay an express charge which means youpay double (for example 2 x EUR 4.- for just one shirt :-)). Should definitely be mentionned (also on booking.com) that this service is only offered during the week.

The buffet was amazing - an incredible selection of delicious food. Friendly staff and great pools.

Another towel for drying wifes hair was mentioned, but no real problem.

We arrived late, so the reception looked after our bags while we went into the restaurant before it closed. A great balcony with a sea view was good too.

When we arrived they mixed up who is in which room, but it was quickly rectified. There was only 1 chair at the balcony and small low table . We had to ask to bring the second one. TV did not have many channels in English. Pool closes quite early, I wish they would extend that time a bit.

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing selection of food at breakfast and dinner. White Party on Friday for hotel guests and processo for breakfast were nice surprise Beach is 2 min away, local supermarket in walking distance. Fridge in the room. Access to 3 pools. We had a great time here and definately will be back.
