Fantastic location, excellent amenities. Bonus of having a toaster. Iron, hairdryer and washing machine were also available. Good size fridge with freezer compartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in Kazimierz. Lots restaurants and cafés nearby. Easy to explore Krakow from here. Nice apartment with everything you need.

The right side of the bed collapsed upon sitting on it. it Turned out that whoever made up the bed did not notice that the slats holding the mattress have moved and were not holding the mattress in place. Not a huge deal, as I was able to adjust them, but this is likely to happen again as the slats are not secured. I stayed at this place several times before and this lapse was unexpected. Also, I asked for two single beds and got one double.

Distance to downtown Krakow.

Everything was satisfactory and we anticipated it will be like that, since friends of ours already stayed at this location. The Jewish Quarter (Kazimir) is full of interesting restaurants and places to visit. Especially the Plac Novy (New Square) is very cool!

The only downside (and this is NOT at all relevant to the apartment' host) is the lack of free parking spot. However in front of the building there's a paid space - for 5 PLN/hour Monday - Saturday (10:00-20:00). Yet with better planning the parking fees might be avoided ;)

The overall impression from the apartment (we are 2 adults + 3 kids) is great! We felt it cosy and almost like home. It's clean with all the equipment one needs for couple of days, near to the center (one can reach the Wawel Castle by foot) and the location is quiet. It was comfortable enough, and the guy (we've had a contact totally over a phone) is friendly and with-service-in-mind... The time we've spent in Krakow was actually less than needed - so when we head again there, no hesitations - we know whom to contact! Best regards!

Communication with the office was excellent, and when we arrived early the chambermaid was called to let us in and drop off our bags.

The electrics did trip on the sockets, but messaged front of house and was fixed within no time. So, it's not really an issue. There was only 1 pillow on the bed,so I had to ask for another on the 2nd night again, not an issue, as it was sorted very quickly.

These are apartments, not a hotel, so it is self-service. Check-in was easy, and Wojtek was very welcoming,service with a smile. We stayed over the Easter weekend, and he recommended to us some places to see, which were worth the visit. The apartments are basic with everything you need,iron and board,hairdryer and towels are also included and above all clean and warm on a cold day. The location is absolutely perfect and ideal if you want to walk to old town square but not too far to walk back if you need to pop back to apartments. There's a local shop just a 5 minute walk if you need your essentials. We found a great little food market around the corner, which has a variety of street food and reasonably price to. When we go back,I will be booking here again.

The WiFi was almost non-existent. I’m not sure if that’s how it always is, or if there was an issue, but we just ended up going to a nearby coffee shop for WiFi.

Great location! On a popular street with a lot of loud rowdy people in the evening, but the windows were SO good at blocking out the sound.

The only thing i can share is that for the 3 days we have stayed there noone came to pick up and clean the toilet bin. There is no room service.

The apartment is in a very good not loud neighborhood. It is really near to synagogue, Schindler's factory, Vistula river and to the center old town. The apartment was quite big. The temperature inside the room was very good The first day was really sunny but then second one was snowy. It has warm water all day long. It did not have any shower gel and shampoo(we had brought or own either way), it has a small fridge, microwave and 2tvs. Very quite building. It doesn't have a lift and we was at the last 3rd floor but for us this wasn't an issue. I suggest to book a room with breakfast. The breakfast across the streat from our building was excellent. Very nice and different tastes, homemade pumpkin jam was a hit. The variety of the food was amazing.
