They arranged all transport for us and we had a great communication via WhatsApp. They showed us around the islands, made us delicious breakfast and dinner, explained about their community and answered all our curious questions. “Staff: extremely friendly and helpful staff; agreed to accept a parcel from the UK for me; arranged a tour to Lake Titicaca and Sillustani in advance of our arrival; accommodated our late arrival (due to a late bus arriving much later than planned); offered a packed lunch on our final morning for our early bus to Bolivia; always had smiles on their faces. Room: room was spacious and hot water was actually hot (unlike several hostels in Peru). Cleanliness: the room was spotless and tidied each day, with fresh towels provided. Location: ideally situated 5-minutes from the main squares, train station (Cusco train) and supermarket (recommended for cheap supplies)/food court (recommended for cheap food with the locals). Value: probably the best value for money hostel we stayed in during our time in Peru and possibly South America so far.”
