Great place! Location is perfect. It’s right by the main square, but there is no driving on the street in front of it. Our room with private bathroom was huge and comfortable. Nice and clean, towels changed every day. Nice shared facilities with a work station and couches. Would recommend staying here.

Breakfast was good, but a bit boring if you stay for many nights (like we did). But there are nice cafes not far away if you need a change.

The hospitality of Salome. She was amazing! She showed us the fastest way to go to the main square from the hospedaje. Additionally, the breakfast was great since we have the possibility to drink coca tea everyday, variety of juices and delicious mermelade. The room was Cosy for a couple.

Juan was very welcoming and assisted us with settling in despite us making the booking at the last minutes. They assisted us with the airport drop off at a reasonable fee and were helpful and on time.

The airport transfer is only from the airport to the hotel and not the other way around.

The host was so accommodating, helping us book a taxi and also letting us store our bags whilst we did an overnight stay on the uros islands. The breakfast and room was great!

Lack of privacy: some of the rooms are located in 1st floor, the same.level of cafeteria. it's quite noisy and my room was right next to men's room open to all guests. It's hotel but not hostel, or youth hostel, and not sure if this setup is appropriate. I stayed other room at 4th floor the other day, which was good and cozy.
