The property and room were very tidy and comfortable, best shower in a while! The staff were very lovely and accommodating, including organising an early taxi and packing a to-go breakfast for our early bus :)

Unfortunately the dogs barking in the middle of the night is very annoying. But couldn't fault the property.

Great accommodating host. We got clear communication and we were able to leave our bags there at 6am. They also left food out for us for breakfast. The room was great, spacious, clean etc. Less than 15 min walk from great restaurants and less than 10 to bus station.

Really comfortable room and excellent hot shower. Staff were unbelievably helpful despite booking in the evening and checking in at 10pm. Staff also arranged me a taxi to the bus station at 5am the next morning and attended the property at this time to assist me. Really kind and helpful and great value for money.

Some towels smelled like smoker room, but it was possible to exchange them.

Amazing value accommodation in Puno. Approx 10-15 flat walk from the center. Our room was modern, clean, and spacious. The shower was exceptional, hot and high water pressure. We really appreciate the staffs customer service in assisting us with various items and even letting us store some items at the guesthouse while we were on an activity tour. Thank you for a great stay

They accommodated us in a very short notice reservation and we got a warm welcome. Great recommendation for restaurant. The room was clean and very nice! We were short on time for the breakfast so they quickly prepared us a breakfast to-go to be able to catch our bus!

You could argue it needs just a general tidy-up or some modernisation but it suited us just fine for the two nights we were there.

We really enjoyed staying here as it was within easy access for the guides to come and pick us up for our day trip to the Uros floating islands and the Isle of Tequile. The room we stayed in was Room 7 and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was on the top floor so we had easy access to the Roof Terrace. There are some great views over Puno city from here. The people that run it are very nice, friendly and helpful. Even though we hardly speak any Spanish and they didn’t speak any English we got by just fine. The breakfasts were good too.

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay!! We have stayed at fancy hotels during our trip but this “simpler” one was one of the best we’ve encountered. Clean, modern, spacious, warm shower, great water pressure, super nice host, perfect location!

Its about 20 minutes walk to the main Square.

The Hostel is renovated, super clean. It has one of the best showers I had in Peru (pressure & hot water), it has a hair dryer.

Great place to explore Puno. Quiet alley entrance with a very friendly staff. You should get the keypad code before arrival especially during the off season or you may have to wait a little. It's about 15 min. To plaza major but lots of cheap food options nearby. Local market 1 block away. Good food there.

The walls are thin and you can hear people talk, watch tv, and go upstairs. It didn’t bother me that much as other customers were relatively quiet

Smaller but very clean and comfortable room. Down a quiet alley. Good wifi. A bit of a walk to the main square but doable. Close to the bus station. Would stay again.

Sometimes the communication was a bit too slow.
