Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe room had a strange odor all throughout our stay. Even use of room freshner did not help. The reason could be poor ventilation, but we couldnt keep the windows open due to the cold weather
Location is excellent, not too far from city center but still in a quiet neighborhood. Obligado staff had painstakingly put up instructions everywhere about how to use appliances, how to dispose trash etc. It was extremely helpful

AustraliaWe booked No 21 which has the two beds positioned so that you can get out the end of the bed. The flat we were given had a crazy set up of the two beds with a 20cms only corner gap to negotiate when getting up at night or taking a suitcase to the cupboard etc. Around 20 A4 sized posters are plastered around the walls with information concerning rubbish, how to use appliances etc, this doesn't improve the look of the flat.
The position was fine for us as we like to walk and are happy to use buses, trams and trains. The washing machine and dryer is excellent. The flat was comfortable but the configuration of the beds is a problem. The beds are comfortable and good linen provided. There is good information supplied about appliances but placing it all in a folder would be preferable. Over all the flat suited us for a week and it was very affordable.

Nice space in a decent location - the beds were incredibly comfortable! Small kitchenette and living area, so useful for cooking if needed.

SpainI booked without understanding that the photos were all different apartments, and we booked one without a couch or real 'hang out' area, which was disappointing, and the apartment was very dark. The place also had a mold problem, so there was a musty smell in the shower and laundry area. It is also a smoking apartment, which I didn't notice on the listing (my fault) so the whole place had a light stale smoke smell.
The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. They left us cleaning supplies, plenty of towels and bedding, and the kitchen had all necessary appliances, as well as good air conditioning. We were there to visit family, and the apartment was right next to their building, so for our purposes it was a great location. It was also very quiet.

JapanLocation is not the best. But taxi is a good choice if you have friends to share. It's even cheaper than tram! (and you don't need to walk much) Kitchen is little bit small. But because there's washing machine, it's still very helpful to do the laundry.
The place was clean and cozy. It's fully facilitated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Recommend for small group of travellers! There're some delicious ramen restaurant and sandwich shop nearby! Don't forget to try it!

United StatesVery easy check-in and check-out. Entirely autonomous. Good space for a few people. It is an easy 20 min walk to Susumomo street. (The main shopping, evening/night activity street). If you had a rental car would be fantastic spot. I did accidentally leave my headphones behind when I checked out and they were able to ship them down to me before I left to go back to America. Great customer service!
