“The view was magnificent. We woke up and were greeted by a beautiful lake view with Mount Yobetsu in the background. At night, the fireworks could be viewed comfortably from the room. Having an onsen in hotel meant we could relax whenever is convenient. The indoor and outdoor pools were great.
If you like to sneak in a run, the 2km long waterfront promenade is perfect. I did a 5K at 10pm and it was so peaceful. Even that late, there were still people about.
Lastly the hotel staff helped celebrate our wedding anniversary milestone with cakes. That was such a lovely gesture and made our stay memorable.”

“The hotel was grand and has a classy feel. It is near the tourists attractions such as the hell valley and bear farm which is within walking distance. Amenities within the hotel was so adequate; there’s a big souvenir shop and restaurants of different budget and variety within the hotel. The buffet breakfast spread was really interesting, offering us a taste of what Japanese breakfast would be like. The room was spacious and elegant and futon beds were realllt comfortable. Staff at the reception and entrance were friendly and made effort to explain the navigation of the hotel to us. The best is the grand public bath. We loved the variety offered, both indoor and outdoor! Such a pleasant and comfortable stay! we will come back again!”
