Great location, clean and functional room even though it was definitely quite small. We took a room described as "small double bed" and I should explain we are a compact couple so the bed size was acceptable. If you are on the larger end of the scale you may definitely find the bed size trying.

The air conditioner is freaking hot. We contact the reception and he can only open the window to make the room cooler.

Location is great, very central, convenient to train station and bus stop.

If the hotel is at close to its full capacity, wifi connections cuts off on higher level floors. Actually I contacted staff a couple of times regarding this matter, but all they could tell me was that they cannot do anything about it.

Amazing location! If you are not a germaphobe or an extreme clean freak, you wouldn’t mind this place.

Nothing, really. You got what you paid for. If you are expecting free spa, upgrades, an apartmnent... I mean, really? You go here for the cleanliness, convenience, and practicality. Everything's up to my expectation :-)

This was my second stay with the hotel, and I booked with them as they offered convenience due to the location, and enough amenities at such a low price point. I will definitely return here whenever I visit Sapporo as I understand what I'll be getting at the price offered.

Hotel doesnt have option for day tours and its a hassle to book online since there is huge communication issue. We end up roaming around Sapporo only where there is no much attractions. Breakfast serves Japanese meal however it is the same everyday. So, if you stay for more than 2 days, you won't enjoy it anymore.

Hotel is centrally located and few minutes away from the main station. Very accessible to the underground metro. Hotel provides free facial cleanser, cream, oil, etc. which adds value for us, we love it. Reception staff are very helpful though we communicate through google translate so time consuming.

- Price. We paid about 30,000 yen a night for 2 people, which is fairly pricy. However, it's kind of justified as it is the local high season. - Room Size. It's quite small. If you are travelling with 1 big suit case each with 1 carry on suitcase, you will have to play Tetris in your room to try to open the suitcase one at a time.

- Location. Very convenient to all the places, including Odori Park and Susukino for the snow festival, Nijo market and Sapporo Station. There are also several convenient stores near by to choose from. - Friendly Staff. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage with the staff while we wander around the city. They did all the check-in procedure when we arrived, so when we returned, all the paperwork were done and we got our room keys right away. Very efficient.

Proximity to Sapporo station using the underground passage. Exit 5 across the road has an elevator but Exit 7 which is the nearest to the hotel only as stairs. It is very close to the Otori park.

Twin room was a little cramped, very little space to move around between the 2 beds. My friend used the coin laundry at the lobby and it usually took more than 2hrs to complete a wash/dry cycle, and she said it didn't smell nice probably because the machines needed cleaning already. I realized on our last night that the cleaners haven't been refilling the shampoo, conditioner, handwash, and body wash in the bathroom even if we had our room cleaned every day. They probably would have if we asked but we didn't bother because we could make it last the next morning when we checked out. Overall the hotel was nice but on the expensive side considering we didn't even have free breakfast for our stay.

Clean, comfortable beds. Nice location, with a Starbucks nearby and multiple convenience stores around. Very close to Sapporo Ekimae Underground exits 5 and 7.
