The was a peeled off wallpaper in my room, but the rest was great.

The property was great, I came during renovation, but I was surprised that the working noise was so low.

Rooms were very small. This coming from someone who's been in Japan many times before and know what to expect. I'm writing this from another APA hotel here in Tokyo and it has more space than this! A fellow traveller noticed that his room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room.

Extremely convenient base for travellers in Osaka. Tennoji is great for direct trains to KIX and Wakayama too.

This Hotel located at a strategy area, walking distance to Tennoji Station, one of the station accessible to many place in Osaka with multiple train line, include JR Line, Osaka loop line and many more... and is walking distance to Kintetsu, Tennoji MIO, Qs Mall and ... , nearby there is Tennoji park and Tennoji Zoo, can even walk further to Tennoji ward and Tsutenkaku ...

Rooms were small. I expected it though so it barely made an impact on my trip. Bed was also too soft.

Location was great. Staff was good too. I messaged them to put me in a room away from the track noise after reading the reviews. I was given the top floor facing the street and there wasn't any noise at all.

For sustainability reasons we did not like that they although we put a sign on our door that we do not want the cleaning of the room (in a just 2 nightsstay we do not need fresh towels on the second day, as to safe water and put less chemicals in the environment) and they still put as a bag on the door with everything new in. They should care more about environment and just give the information if you want a new towel inform the reception or put the used ones in the bathtub if you like new ones like other hotels do. We would really appreciate that for future consideration

Directions could be more elaborated. If bringing huge luggages, the walk from Tennoji Eki should go thru exit 7, cross anti clockwise for a quarter portion of the circular pedestrain walkway and head into the first building and then exiting through level 1. There dont have to carry 2x 25kgs luggage up or down the steps.

Walls are a bit thin, you can tell the building is worn out a bit from patchwork repair on the walls, slightly dirty carpets, rickety elevator. The meal tickets were a bit more expensive than I think they should be, but convenient and delicious.

Very close to tennoji station, Q's mall, harukas. Easy to order pizza to your room.

The room is so small. We have two people in the room with one bed. No place to put lugguges. Hard to move around with two people in the room.

The hotel is probably built to insulate from the sound. This make it so quiet and good for sleeping at night. Staff are great. Very helpful to helps us walk across the sky walk to cross to Tennoji station to get taxi.

I think the room is way too small for 2 pax. I can barely open the toilet door. And worst is that i couldn't even open up my luggage.
